OctoPlus enters into drug development and manufacturing contract with Ferring Pharmaceuticals A/S

OctoPlus N.V. (“OctoPlus” or the “Company”) (Euronext: OCTO), announces today that a formulation development and manufacturing contract has been signed with Ferring Pharmaceuticals A/S, a leading innovative pharmaceutical company. The undisclosed contract value will make a material contribution to OctoPlus’ 2012 revenues. Further details on the compound and activities are not disclosed.
