Route description by car and train

BY CAR

From AMSTERDAM [A44]:

• Take the highway A44 in the direction of Den Haag/The Hague.
• Take exit number 7 [Oegstgeest].
• After 450 meter turn left [Rijnzichtweg] direction Oegstgeest
• After 0.5 km take the first exit (right) on the roundabout [Rhijngeesterstraatweg].
• Drive on and follow the road.
• After 1.5 km take the first exit right on the roundabout [Wassenaarseweg].
• At the next roundabout, take the first exit right [Sylviusweg/Trambaan]

Our office is located on the right hand side. However, you will have to drive around the building clockwise, three quarters, because it is a one way street.

This is the Galileiweg, to enter the LSH office you take the TI Pharma entrance on the side which is parallel to the Wassenaarseweg.

From DEN HAAG / THE HAGUE [A44]:

• Take the A44 via Wassenaar in the direction of Amsterdam.
• Take exit number 8 [Leiden/Valkenburg/Katwijk/Noordwijk/N206] and at the end turn right.
• Drive straight on and turn left at the third crossing [BioSciencePark].

From UTRECHT [N11]:

• At the end of the N11, turn left on the A4, in the direction of Rotterdam.
• Take exit number 7 [Zoeterwoude Dorp] and remain on the same lane.
• Follow the road straight ahead into the direction of Leiden [N206] for approx 1.5 km.
• After the bridge do not turn to Leiden Center, but follow the road which will bend to the left
• and will pass another bridge.
• At the second traffic light, turn right into the direction of Katwijk/Leiden [Churchilllaan, N206].
• After approximately 2 km at the end of the road, turn right at the traffic light.
• Immediately at the next traffic light turn right again and take the left lane.
• Turn left at the crossing [BioSciencePark].

From ROTTERDAM [A4]:

• From Rotterdam take the A4 in the direction of Amsterdam.
• Take exit number 8 [Leidschendam], and follow the Noordelijke Randweg [N14], direction
• Leidschendam. After the third tunnel, turn right at the traffic light, direction Amsterdam
• [N44/A44].
• Take exit number 8 [Leiden/Valkenburg/Katwijk/Noordwijk/N206] and at the end turn right.
• Drive straight on and turn left at the third crossing [BioSciencePark].

N.B. Alternatively:

• take the A4 in the direction of Amsterdam, and take exit number 7 [Zoeterwoude Dorp].
• From this point onwards, follow the directions as from Utrecht (N11).

Directions at the Bioscience Park:

• Follow the road [Einsteinweg] until the roundabout and take the first exit right [Max Planckweg].
• At the end of the road turn right [Wassenaarseweg].The Biopartner building can be seen on the right.
• At the next roundabout, take the first exit right [Sylviusweg/Trambaan]

BY TRAIN

From LEIDEN CENTRAL STATION:

We are located at approximately 15 minutes walking distance from Leiden Central Station.

• Exit at the back of the railway station at the LUMC [hospital] side.
• Walk straight ahead, passing the hospital on your left and passing the roundabout.
• Walk straight ahead until the T-crossing and take left [Wassenaarseweg]
• At the roundabout, take left [passing the sign Trambaan] into the Sylviusweg and immediately to the right into the Galileiweg.
• Pass the main Bioscience building entrance on the left and after 50 meters you will reach the TI Pharma entrance.

To enter the LSH office you take the TI Pharma entrance on the side which is parallel to the Wassenaarseweg.
